Ski lift TLV
Ski lift TLV is designed for general skiing public. It is contructionally designed to operate on slopes with moderate elevation. Its ideal use is in the smaller ski resorts with a transport distance up to 500 metres. High comfort of transportation is provided by a self-service operation, which is particularly appreciated by experienced skiers. Speed control when getting in is appreciated mainly by less proficient skiers, especially by beginners. By its design is the ski lift placed between lifts of so called medium design.
Technical description
Ski lift type TLV 12 consists of fixed drive station, supports with sheave assemblies, and weight tensioned return station with floating rope drum. Towing of skiers up the slope is ensured by firm attaching of telescopic one seat carrier to the cable. Using the drive with frequency converter enables to control the speed and smooth moving off of the skiers. It is equipped with brake of reverse run against the back lift movement. Any fall out of the cable from groove of the sheave assembly is indicated by position sensor of the cable, which ensures immediate shut down of the drive. Getting off the ski lift is ensured on so called outgoing support placed cca 30 metres before the return station. The ski lifts are manufactured and delivered in partnership with SSZ Blahuta spol. s r. o.
