COMPANY PROFILE
The company TRANSMISIE was founded in year 1990 as a consortium of natural persons. According to the professional orientation of its founders, the company has since the beginning focused on the development and delivery of new gear equipment and drives.
In year 1992 the company was transformed into a private limited company having its office in Martin and began to proceed with the development of a mobile construction equipment and military armoured vehicle Aligator. With the development of the company and its gradual expansion occured the formation of subsidiaries with their own business plans.
Since the founding of the company till year 1999 the division of realization and service was effective in Sabinov, which in year 2000 was transformed into TRANSMISIE SB, s. r. o., whose main activities are delivery of gear mechanisms, delivery of ski lifts and steel structures for ski lifts and chair lifts, delivery of shunting devices for shunting of railway vehicles on railway sidings, and preparation of design documentation according to customer specification, including realization of the delivery.
The company focuses on a comprehensive solution of all orders, i.e. from consultation with the customer about the best solution, elaboration of the design and project documentation, complete supplies up to putting the facility into operation, including securing the service activities.
Since 2004 is the company continuously holder of certificate ISO 9001:2008.
