Shunting device PV 211-modification
Shunting device PV 211-modification, a two-axle vehicle with electric transmission of power, based on underframe of locomotive model 700 (T 211). Source of electric power is diesel unit. The shunting device can be controlled locally or remotely by radio command system (radio system is not standard part of delivery).
The shunting device PV 211 is designed for light to medium undemanding and cost-saving shunting in loading space and for unloading on corporate railway sidings with 1435 mm rail gauge.
The device can be controlled by firmly placed control panels without limitation in length in the whole manipulation space. The extent is limited when controlling by radio control transmitter by transmit range of the command system (varies according to local conditions). When the signal from the system is lost the device will automatically stop.
